Kait is an accomplished educator and school leader with a passion for creating student-centered learning environments where every child can thrive. Her journey has taken her through roles as Assistant Principal, Director of Student Support, instructional coach, and university faculty member, giving her a unique perspective on blending academic rigor with therapeutic supports.

Prior to Sola, she served as Head of School at Fusion Academy Lincoln Park, leading a talented team of educators and building partnerships with local community organizations. Now, as the founding Head of School and Program Director at Sola Academy, Kait is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment for neurodiverse students.

From coaching teachers and collaborating with mental health professionals to building strong community connections, Kait’s focus is always on ensuring students are supported academically, socially, and emotionally.
